MOVING OUT
 While we do not require 30 days' notice, we do ask for at least a weeks' notice if possible, and then a final call, note, or email when you are completely out. 

 - Unit must be left UNLOCKED, SWEPT with a broom, and the door SHUT.

-  If renting in the SOUTH Facility- Gate pass(es) must be returned- there is a drop slip in the office door

 Please note:
- We DO NOT Pro-rate your monthly fees when moving out. 
If you leave after the 1st, the full month is due.

 This is all covered in your copy of the lease. Your lease is available to view on the customer portal if rented after 1/1/25. 
Leases created prior to that can be uploaded if requested.
